This interactive workshop offers space to pause and focus on one’s own experiences, stress, and its effects. Together, we will explore how to recognise the symptoms of stress and what happens within us during a stress response. Participants will learn self-awareness and self-regulation techniques and take away practical ideas for everyday self-care. The workshop is experiential, with emphasis on a safe and supportive environment for sharing and reflection.
