Understanding the world that surrounds us is impossible without relying on the explanations of experts who truly understand the issue. Therefore, the effort to bring one's research and expertise closer to the public should be an integral part of every modern researcher's work. During the workshop, participants will learn about the basic principles of scientific communication and consider why, when, where, and how to communicate their research.

The workshop will be delivered by Mgr. Tereza Mašínová, PhD., lecturer in science communication, winner of FameLab 2017 in the Czech Republic, graduate of the Faculty of Science of Charles University, who also worked at the Institute of Microbiology of the CAS.
