This presentation aims to give an introduction and some insight on what someone moving to Budapest, Hungary could expect from this move. The speakers will provide a look into various, broad topics with an introduction of Tesco Business Services as well. The presentation material, among others, includes topics of culture, life and free-time activities, focusing ont he opportunities Budapest has to offer as a capitol.

Introductions:

Viki joined Tesco Business Services (TBS) in April 2019 as a Recruitment Coordinator, last year she spent 6 months in Technology Recruitment Team and then she returned to TBS side as a Sourcing Specialist in November,2020. Since April this year she has been working as a Recruitment Lead, dealing with end-to-end recruitment for several positions in the organization. Before joining TBS she had never worked in the field of HR, however it was a big career dream for her to be a Recruiter and TBS has given her the chance to make it come true.

Lilla joined Tesco Business Services (TBS) in July 2021 as a Sourcing Specialist. Since joining she has been the link between new joiner colleagues and the TBS Teams, since her job entails- among other responsibilities- finding and reaching out to new talent and then help them integrate into the company after their successful interviews. Before joining TBS Lilla has tried herself out in various fields, sourcing and talent-finding being the next challange.
